Strengths

• ✓
Open statusYour listing shows the business as trading, so customers see accurate availability and Google treats the listing as live.
• ✓
ClaimedYour listing is claimed, so you control what it says, you can reply to reviews, and edits suggested by the public come to you first.
• ✓
NameYour business name is showing on the listing, so a customer searching for you by name finds you, and everything else on the listing hangs off it.

Top three opportunities

• 1
Category fitYour categories cover less of this market than nearly every competitor, so someone searching for a job you actually do is shown a list your listing was never entered into. What if I sorted this?
• 2
Photos on the listingThere are more pictures on most listings around you than on yours, so a customer flicking between them gets a fuller look at the businesses either side of you. What if I sorted this?
• 3
Description lengthYour description gives a reader more than most listings here do, so a customer choosing between three of you gets more of your case than of theirs. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

Top three opportunities

• 1
Review confidenceYour rating and your review count together sit behind half the businesses here, so a customer weighing three listings has slightly less reason to trust yours. What if I sorted this?
• 2
Star ratingYour rating sits below what half the businesses here carry, which gives a customer choosing between three of you a reason to pick one of the others. What if I sorted this?
• 3
Review countYour review count sits under the middle of this market, so you are readable to a customer without yet being convincing. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

Top two opportunities

• 1
Maps visibility across the city groupYou turn up across fewer of the surrounding suburbs than half the businesses here, so someone two suburbs over searching for your service is shown your competitors and never sees your name. What if I sorted this?
• 2
Maps visibility in your own suburbYou show up in local Maps searches, but below most businesses in your suburb, so a customer looking from a nearby street is shown someone else first. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

• ✓
Having a Facebook page at allWe found your Facebook Profile page, and the trail is strong enough that nobody would question it is yours - it is linked from something you own, or it dominates a search for your name.

Top three opportunities

• 1
Instagram ProfileWe could not find an active Instagram Profile profile for your business, so a customer who looks for you there finds nothing. What if I sorted this?
• 2
Tiktok ProfileWe found your Tiktok Profile page through search alone, with nothing on your own website or your Google listing pointing at it.What if I sorted this?
• 3
Yellow ProfileWe could not find an active Yellow Profile listing for your business, which means anyone checking you there finds nothing and moves on to whoever is listed. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

• ✓
A phone numberA phone number shows on your page, so the person who found you on Facebook before they found your website can ring straight from it.
• ✓
An email addressCustomers can see an email address on the page, which gives the one who wants a quote in writing a route that does not depend on anyone picking up the phone.
• ✓
A street addressA street address sits in your page details, so someone deciding between you and a business two suburbs over can see which of you is closer.

Top three opportunities

• 1
Recommendations on your pageNo recommendations sit on your page, so a stranger who came to see whether anyone else has used you leaves with only your own posts to go on.What if I sorted this?
• 2
People following your pageFewer people follow your page than most in this market, which means a post reaches people who already know you rather than anyone still deciding. What if I sorted this?
• 3
A page address you choseYour page address is one Facebook generated rather than one you chose - your business name with a long number bolted on, or just the number. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

• ✓
Domain UniquenessYour web address is yours alone, so everything your site earns - links, mentions, search standing - accumulates under your name and stays with the business.

Top three opportunities

• 1
Domain HealthYour website did not come back healthy when we tried it, and anyone clicking through from your Google listing is meeting whatever we met. What if I sorted this?
• 2
On-page scoreYour home page did not return anything we can measure, and a page that will not answer a scanner is usually the same page that keeps a customer waiting. What if I sorted this?
• 3
Separate sites linking to youNo separate website links to yours. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

Top three opportunities

• 1
What that traffic is worthSearch is delivering you nothing you would otherwise have to pay for. What if I sorted this?
• 2
Monthly search visitsYour site draws no measurable visitors from search, so the only people reaching it are ones you sent yourself. What if I sorted this?
• 3
Search terms you rank forYour site does not appear in search results for any terms we can measure, so nobody is finding it by searching for what you do.What if I sorted this?

Strengths

• ✓
Hours aligned with demandNo business here matches the demand around it more closely than you do - you are open when people are looking and shut when they are not.
