Strengths

• ✓
Open statusYour listing shows the business as trading, so customers see accurate availability and Google treats the listing as live.
• ✓
NameYour business name is showing on the listing, so a customer searching for you by name finds you, and everything else on the listing hangs off it.
• ✓
WebsiteYour listing links to your website, so a customer can move from Google to your own pages in one tap and read your account of the work before they ring.

Top three opportunities

• 1
ClaimedYour listing is not claimed, which means anyone can suggest an edit to it and you have no way to reply to a review or correct what is shown. What if I sorted this?
• 2
PhoneYour listing has no phone number, so the call button a customer expects to tap is not there and the ones in a hurry ring someone else. What if I sorted this?
• 3
Description lengthThere is no real description on your listing, so when someone finds you on Google there is nothing in your own words telling them what you do.What if I sorted this?

Strengths

Top three opportunities

• 1
Review confidenceYour rating and your review count together put you at the bottom of this market - either the rating is low, or there are too few reviews behind it for anyone to trust it.What if I sorted this?
• 2
Star ratingYou have no star rating yet, so a customer scanning results sees an empty space where every other business shows a number. What if I sorted this?
• 3
Response rateNone of your reviews have a reply, which means a customer reading them sees your happiest and your angriest customers with nothing from you in between. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

Top two opportunities

• 1
Maps visibility across the city groupYou turn up across fewer of the surrounding suburbs than half the businesses here, so someone two suburbs over searching for your service is shown your competitors and never sees your name. What if I sorted this?
• 2
Maps visibility in your own suburbYou show up in local Maps searches, but below most businesses in your suburb, so a customer looking from a nearby street is shown someone else first. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

• ✓
Having a Facebook page at allWe found your Facebook Profile page, and the trail is strong enough that nobody would question it is yours - it is linked from something you own, or it dominates a search for your name.
• ✓
LinkedIn CompanyWe can see your LinkedIn Company listing (https://linkedin.com/company/canterbury-accountants-&-taxation-specialists-ltd) found via: Google search results.

Top three opportunities

• 1
Instagram ProfileWe could not find an active Instagram Profile profile for your business, so a customer who looks for you there finds nothing. What if I sorted this?
• 2
Tiktok ProfileWe could not find an active TikTok account for your business, so anyone who looks for you there finds nothing. What if I sorted this?
• 3
Yellow ProfileWe could not find an active Yellow Profile listing for your business, which means anyone checking you there finds nothing and moves on to whoever is listed. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

• ✓
Where your page link pointsThe link on your page goes to a domain that is yours, so a visitor who came for the photos leaves on your terms and the enquiry lands in your inbox rather than someone else's.
• ✓
A page address you choseThe address on your page carries your business name, so a customer told about you at a barbecue can find the page by typing what they heard.
• ✓
A phone numberA phone number shows on your page, so the person who found you on Facebook before they found your website can ring straight from it.

Top two opportunities

• 1
People following your pageFewer people follow your page than most in this market, which means a post reaches people who already know you rather than anyone still deciding. What if I sorted this?
• 2
What your page says about youYour intro runs to a line, shorter than most pages here, so it names the business without settling whether you do the particular job the reader came about or cover the suburb they live in.What if I sorted this?

Strengths

• ✓
Page titleYour home page headline fits a search result exactly, so the whole line reads to someone scanning a page of results rather than cutting off mid-phrase.
• ✓
FaviconThe tab your site opens in carries your own icon, so a customer with a dozen tabs going can find their way back to you by sight.
• ✓
Page load speedYour home page appears in under three seconds, so someone tapping through from a search result meets your business rather than a blank screen while they decide whether to wait.

Top three opportunities

• 1
Separate sites linking to youOnly a handful of separate websites link to yours, well behind most of this market. What if I sorted this?
• 2
Meta descriptionThe summary under your name in search results is either too brief to say anything or long enough that Google cuts it mid-sentence.What if I sorted this?
• 3
The shape of your link profileYour links are piled onto a small number of sites for a profile this size, so they are doing less for you than the count suggests. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

Top three opportunities

• 1
What you spend on adsWe can see no paid search activity for your site, which in most local markets is the norm rather than a gap. What if I sorted this?
• 2
Monthly ad visitsYour site receives no visitors from paid search, which for most local businesses in this market is the norm rather than a problem. What if I sorted this?
• 3
Search terms you advertise onYou are not covering any search terms with ads, which for most local businesses here is normal. What if I sorted this?

Hours aligned with demandYour hours line up with demand worse than nearly every business here, which means a good share of your open time passes with nobody looking for what you do.What if I sorted this?
