Your Google listing

Eden Orthodontics has an above average Google Business Listing health score of 6.7 out of 10. The listing is claimed and includes the business name, website link and phone number, giving customers reliable ways to find and contact the practice. The main gaps are a shorter-than-competitive description and limited category coverage, which may reduce visibility for relevant searches.

Strengths

  • ✓
Open statusYour listing shows the business as trading, so customers see accurate availability and Google treats the listing as live.
  • ✓
ClaimedYour listing is claimed, so you control what it says, you can reply to reviews, and edits suggested by the public come to you first.
  • ✓
NameYour business name is showing on the listing, so a customer searching for you by name finds you, and everything else on the listing hangs off it.

Top two opportunities

  • 1
Description lengthYour description gives a reader less than half the listings here do, so someone reading yours and then a competitor's gets less to go on from you.
  • 2
Category fitYour categories cover less of this market than nearly every competitor, so someone searching for a job you actually do is shown a list your listing was never entered into.

Your reviews

Eden Orthodontics has a Very high Google review health score of 9.6 out of 10. Its rating and review volume together provide strong confidence for customers assessing the practice. The main priorities are to maintain a steady flow of new reviews and preserve the current near-complete response rate, so the listing continues to show both depth and active engagement.

Strengths

  • ✓
Review confidenceRating and volume together put you at the head of this market: well rated, with enough reviews behind it that a customer takes the number seriously.

Top three opportunities

  • 1
Star ratingYour rating is higher than most of this market, and it is the first thing a customer reads about you.
  • 2
Response rateYou answer nearly all your reviews, which is more than almost anyone in this market, and a customer reading the page sees a two-sided conversation rather than a scoreboard.
  • 3
Review countYou hold more reviews than most of this market - depth buyers read as proof.

Where you show up on the map

Eden Orthodontics has an above average Maps Search Performance health score of 6.1 out of 10. The practice ranks strongly across several Auckland suburbs, including first place for searches in Mount Eden, but nearby suburb visibility is less consistent. Reviews remain the clearest lever identified for improving local Maps results, while regular suburb checks can help protect the wider area reach.

Strengths

Your first one is close. Sort an opportunity below and it moves up here.

Top two opportunities

  • 1
Maps visibility in your own suburbYou show up in local Maps searches less often than half your suburb, so on a search from nearby you sit below businesses a customer would otherwise treat as equal.
  • 2
Maps visibility across the city groupYou turn up across more of the surrounding suburbs than nearly everyone here, so a customer searching well outside your own patch still sees you.

Where customers find you

Eden Orthodontics has a high Citations & Social Presence health score of 7.9 out of 10. Strong, clearly connected Facebook and Instagram profiles support trust in the business's identity. The main gaps are missing TikTok, Yellow, Neighbourly, LinkedIn and Healthpoint profiles, which leave some directory and social searches without an active result.

Strengths

  • ✓
Having a Facebook page at allWe found your Facebook Profile page, and the trail is strong enough that nobody would question it is yours - it is linked from something you own, or it dominates a search for your name.
  • ✓
Instagram ProfileWe found your Instagram Profile page, and the trail between you and it is unambiguous - it is linked from something you own, or it dominates a search for your name.

Top three opportunities

  • 1
Tiktok ProfileWe could not find an active TikTok account for your business, so anyone who looks for you there finds nothing.
  • 2
Yellow ProfileWe could not find an active Yellow Profile listing for your business, which means anyone checking you there finds nothing and moves on to whoever is listed.
  • 3
Neighbourly ProfileWe could not find an active Neighbourly Profile listing for your business, which means anyone checking you there finds nothing and moves on to whoever is listed.

Your Facebook page

Eden Orthodontics has a High Facebook Page health level, with an overall health score of 8.2 out of 10. The page gives customers clear ways to make contact, including a phone number, email address and street address, and its link points to the business's own website. The main opportunities are maintaining activity for its 408 followers and keeping recommendations and the page intro current.

Strengths

  • ✓
Where your page link pointsThe link on your page goes to a domain that is yours, so a visitor who came for the photos leaves on your terms and the enquiry lands in your inbox rather than someone else's.
  • ✓
A page address you choseThe address on your page carries your business name, so a customer told about you at a barbecue can find the page by typing what they heard.
  • ✓
A phone numberA phone number shows on your page, so the person who found you on Facebook before they found your website can ring straight from it.

Top three opportunities

  • 1
People following your pageFewer people follow your page than follow half the pages here.
  • 2
Recommendations on your pageYour count sits above the middle of this market, so a visitor reading the page finds enough written by other people to stop needing anything written by you.
  • 3
What your page says about youThere is more in your intro than in half the pages here, so a visitor has a real sense of the business before they reach the photos.

Your website

Strengths

  • ✓
Domain UniquenessYour web address is yours alone, so everything your site earns - links, mentions, search standing - accumulates under your name and stays with the business.
  • ✓
FaviconThe tab your site opens in carries your own icon, so a customer with a dozen tabs going can find their way back to you by sight.
  • ✓
Page load speedYour home page appears in under three seconds, so someone tapping through from a search result meets your business rather than a blank screen while they decide whether to wait.

Top three opportunities

  • 1
On-page scoreThe basics on your home page are half in place: it opens and it reads, but enough checks still fail that a customer on a phone away from wifi notices the wait before they notice the business.
  • 2
Separate sites linking to youFewer separate websites link to you than half the businesses here, which means when someone searches for what you do, the businesses with a longer list of vouchers are the ones on the page they actually read.
  • 3
Domain HealthYour site answers, but something did not check out - an insecure link, a redirect chain, a domain shared with other businesses, or a listing pointing at a social page.
