Strengths

• ✓
Open statusYour listing shows the business as trading, so customers see accurate availability and Google treats the listing as live.
• ✓
ClaimedYour listing is claimed, so you control what it says, you can reply to reviews, and edits suggested by the public come to you first.
• ✓
NameYour business name is showing on the listing, so a customer searching for you by name finds you, and everything else on the listing hangs off it.

Top three opportunities

• 1
Description lengthYour description gives a reader less than half the listings here do, so someone reading yours and then a competitor's gets less to go on from you. What if I sorted this?
• 2
Photos on the listingYou have more photos on your listing than half the businesses here, so a customer arriving has enough to look at that they stay on it.What if I sorted this?
• 3
Category fitYour category set is one of the better-fitted in this market, so you are eligible for nearly every search happening around you. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

Top three opportunities

• 1
Star ratingYour rating sits below what half the businesses here carry, which gives a customer choosing between three of you a reason to pick one of the others. What if I sorted this?
• 2
Review confidenceYour rating and your review count together sit ahead of half the field here, so a customer has enough to go on and no reason to hesitate. What if I sorted this?
• 3
Response rateYou answer more of your reviews than the middle of this market, so a customer scrolling your page mostly finds you there. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

• ✓
Maps visibility across the city groupThere is no wider Maps reach available to a business at your address - you appear across more of the surrounding suburbs than anyone in this market.
• ✓
Maps visibility in your own suburbNo business in your suburb turns up in local Maps searches more often than you do - for a customer searching nearby, you are among the first names on the screen.

Where we can help

Strengths

• ✓
Having a Facebook page at allWe found your Facebook Profile page, and the trail is strong enough that nobody would question it is yours - it is linked from something you own, or it dominates a search for your name.
• ✓
Dentist NZ ListingWe can see your Dentist NZ Listing listing (https://dentist.co.nz/freemans-bay-dental-centre) found via: Google search results.

Top three opportunities

• 1
Instagram ProfileWe could not find an active Instagram Profile profile for your business, so a customer who looks for you there finds nothing. What if I sorted this?
• 2
Tiktok ProfileWe could not find an active TikTok account for your business, so anyone who looks for you there finds nothing. What if I sorted this?
• 3
Yellow ProfileWe could not find an active Yellow Profile listing for your business, which means anyone checking you there finds nothing and moves on to whoever is listed. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

• ✓
A page address you choseThe address on your page carries your business name, so a customer told about you at a barbecue can find the page by typing what they heard.

Top three opportunities

• 1
Where your page link pointsNothing in your page details points at a website, so a visitor who has read your posts and wants prices, hours or a booking form has nowhere to go next but back to search - where your competitors are waiting. What if I sorted this?
• 2
A phone numberNo phone number is published on your Facebook page, so someone who found you there and wants to ring has to go hunting elsewhere or send a message and wait. What if I sorted this?
• 3
An email addressA customer who would rather put a request in writing at ten at night has only Messenger to work with, because the page carries no email address. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

• ✓
Page titleYour home page headline fits a search result exactly, so the whole line reads to someone scanning a page of results rather than cutting off mid-phrase.
• ✓
Domain UniquenessYour web address is yours alone, so everything your site earns - links, mentions, search standing - accumulates under your name and stays with the business.
• ✓
Page file sizeYour home page is light enough to open quickly on a phone with a weak signal, which is where most people meet a local business for the first time.

Top three opportunities

• 1
On-page scoreSeveral checks on your home page fail at once, and a visitor meets all of them in the first few seconds: a slow open, no clear heading, nothing under your name in search that says what you do.What if I sorted this?
• 2
Separate sites linking to youFewer separate websites link to you than half the businesses here, which means when someone searches for what you do, the businesses with a longer list of vouchers are the ones on the page they actually read. What if I sorted this?
• 3
Domain HealthYour site answers, but something did not check out - an insecure link, a redirect chain, a domain shared with other businesses, or a listing pointing at a social page. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

Top three opportunities

• 1
What that traffic is worthThe search visitors reaching your site are worth less than most businesses here, which means the work coming in arrives through word of mouth and repeat customers rather than through people searching for what you do.What if I sorted this?
• 2
What you spend on adsWe can see no paid search activity for your site, which in most local markets is the norm rather than a gap. What if I sorted this?
• 3
Monthly search visitsYour site draws fewer visitors from search than most businesses here, so most people looking for what you do are landing somewhere else. What if I sorted this?
