Strengths

• ✓
Open statusYour listing shows the business as trading, so customers see accurate availability and Google treats the listing as live.
• ✓
ClaimedYour listing is claimed, so you control what it says, you can reply to reviews, and edits suggested by the public come to you first.
• ✓
NameYour business name is showing on the listing, so a customer searching for you by name finds you, and everything else on the listing hangs off it.

Top three opportunities

• 1
Description lengthYour description is far shorter than what most businesses here have written, which means a customer comparing listings gets a line from you and three paragraphs from the business beside you. What if I sorted this?
• 2
Category fitYour categories cover less of this market than nearly every competitor, so someone searching for a job you actually do is shown a list your listing was never entered into. What if I sorted this?
• 3
Photos on the listingThere are more pictures on most listings around you than on yours, so a customer flicking between them gets a fuller look at the businesses either side of you. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

Top three opportunities

• 1
Review confidenceYour rating and your review count together sit behind half the businesses here, so a customer weighing three listings has slightly less reason to trust yours. What if I sorted this?
• 2
Star ratingYour rating sits below what half the businesses here carry, which gives a customer choosing between three of you a reason to pick one of the others. What if I sorted this?
• 3
Response rateYou reply to some of your reviews but not most, so a customer scrolling your page finds long stretches where nobody answered. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

Top two opportunities

Maps visibility in your own suburbYou show up in local Maps searches more often than the middle of your suburb, so a customer searching nearby is likely to see you in the first handful. What if I sorted this?
• 2
Maps visibility across the city groupYou turn up across more of the surrounding suburbs than nearly everyone here, so a customer searching well outside your own patch still sees you. What if I sorted this?

Having a Facebook page at allWe found your Facebook Profile page, and the trail is strong enough that nobody would question it is yours - it is linked from something you own, or it dominates a search for your name.
• ✓
Instagram ProfileWe found your Instagram Profile page, and the trail between you and it is unambiguous - it is linked from something you own, or it dominates a search for your name.

• 1
Tiktok ProfileWe could not find an active TikTok account for your business, so anyone who looks for you there finds nothing. What if I sorted this?
• 2

Strengths

• ✓
Where your page link pointsThe link on your page goes to a domain that is yours, so a visitor who came for the photos leaves on your terms and the enquiry lands in your inbox rather than someone else's.
• ✓
A page address you choseThe address on your page carries your business name, so a customer told about you at a barbecue can find the page by typing what they heard.
• ✓
A phone numberA phone number shows on your page, so the person who found you on Facebook before they found your website can ring straight from it.

Top three opportunities

• 1
People following your pageFewer people follow your page than most in this market, which means a post reaches people who already know you rather than anyone still deciding. What if I sorted this?
• 2
Recommendations on your pageA couple of recommendations have landed on the page, fewer than most here. What if I sorted this?
• 3
What your page says about youYour intro carries more detail than most pages in this market and is doing the work of a short landing page for the visitors who never reach your website. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

• ✓
The shape of your link profileYour links come from about as wide a range of sites as anything in this market, and the mix of link types looks entirely natural.
• ✓
Domain UniquenessYour web address is yours alone, so everything your site earns - links, mentions, search standing - accumulates under your name and stays with the business.
• ✓
FaviconThe tab your site opens in carries your own icon, so a customer with a dozen tabs going can find their way back to you by sight.

Top three opportunities

• 1
Domain HealthYour site answers, but something did not check out - an insecure link, a redirect chain, a domain shared with other businesses, or a listing pointing at a social page. What if I sorted this?
• 2
On-page scoreMost checks on your home page pass, so someone clicking through from a search gets a page that opens quickly and says what it is.What if I sorted this?
• 3
Separate sites linking to youMore separate websites link to you than half the businesses here, so a reasonable spread of places vouch for you. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

What you spend on adsWe can see no paid search activity for your site, which in most local markets is the norm rather than a gap. What if I sorted this?
• 2
Monthly ad visitsYour site receives no visitors from paid search, which for most local businesses in this market is the norm rather than a problem. What if I sorted this?
• 3
