Strengths

• ✓
Open statusYour listing shows the business as trading, so customers see accurate availability and Google treats the listing as live.
• ✓
ClaimedYour listing is claimed, so you control what it says, you can reply to reviews, and edits suggested by the public come to you first.
• ✓
NameYour business name is showing on the listing, so a customer searching for you by name finds you, and everything else on the listing hangs off it.

Top two opportunities

• 1
Category fitYour categories cover less of this market than nearly every competitor, so someone searching for a job you actually do is shown a list your listing was never entered into. What if I sorted this?
• 2
Photos on the listingYou carry more photos than most of this market, which gives a customer a real look at the work before they ring. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

• ✓
Review countYou hold one of the deepest review banks in this market - social proof that does its own selling.

Top three opportunities

• 1
Response rateYou have replied to a small share of your reviews, so most customers reading your page still see feedback about you with no voice from you anywhere on it.What if I sorted this?
• 2
Star ratingYour rating sits below what half the businesses here carry, which gives a customer choosing between three of you a reason to pick one of the others. What if I sorted this?
• 3
Review confidenceYour rating and your review count together sit ahead of half the field here, so a customer has enough to go on and no reason to hesitate. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

Top two opportunities

• 1
Maps visibility across the city groupYou turn up across more of the surrounding suburbs than the middle of the field, so customers searching from outside your own patch are finding you. What if I sorted this?
• 2
Maps visibility in your own suburbYou show up in local Maps searches more often than nearly every business in your suburb, so a customer searching nearby sees you before most of your competition. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

Top three opportunities

• 1
Instagram ProfileWe could not find an active Instagram Profile profile for your business, so a customer who looks for you there finds nothing. What if I sorted this?
• 2
Having a Facebook page at allWe found your Facebook Profile page through search rather than through anything you own. What if I sorted this?
• 3
Tiktok ProfileWe could not find an active TikTok account for your business, so anyone who looks for you there finds nothing. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

• ✓
Where your page link pointsThe link on your page goes to a domain that is yours, so a visitor who came for the photos leaves on your terms and the enquiry lands in your inbox rather than someone else's.
• ✓
Recommendations on your pageYour recommendation count is one of the deeper collections in this market, and enough of it is written by other people that the page does some of the arguing for you.
• ✓
A page address you choseThe address on your page carries your business name, so a customer told about you at a barbecue can find the page by typing what they heard.

Top three opportunities

• 1
A street addressYour page publishes no street address, so someone deciding whether you are near enough to bother with has nothing to check and moves on to a page that tells them. What if I sorted this?
• 2
What your page says about youThere is more in your intro than in half the pages here, so a visitor has a real sense of the business before they reach the photos. What if I sorted this?
• 3
People following your pageMore people follow your page than most in this market, which means a post can travel past your own customers when one of them shares it into a local group. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

• ✓
Domain HealthYour site answers cleanly over a secure connection, so a customer clicking through from Google lands where they expect with nothing in the way.
• ✓
Page titleYour home page headline fits a search result exactly, so the whole line reads to someone scanning a page of results rather than cutting off mid-phrase.
• ✓
Domain Age ScoreYour domain has been registered longer than almost any business in this market.

Top three opportunities

• 1
On-page scoreSeveral checks on your home page fail at once, and a visitor meets all of them in the first few seconds: a slow open, no clear heading, nothing under your name in search that says what you do.What if I sorted this?
• 2
Domain UniquenessYour web address is shared with other businesses, which is normal for a franchise or a multi-site group. What if I sorted this?
• 3
Separate sites linking to youMore separate websites link to you than most of this market, so search engines see a wide spread of independent sites vouching for you. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

• ✓
What that traffic is worthThe search visitors reaching your site are worth more than almost any business in this market - an enquiry stream with no cost per click behind it.

Top three opportunities

• 1
What you spend on adsWe can see no paid search activity for your site, which in most local markets is the norm rather than a gap. What if I sorted this?
• 2
Monthly ad visitsYour site receives no visitors from paid search, which for most local businesses in this market is the norm rather than a problem. What if I sorted this?
• 3
Search terms you advertise onYou are not covering any search terms with ads, which for most local businesses here is normal. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

• ✓
Hours aligned with demandNo business here matches the demand around it more closely than you do - you are open when people are looking and shut when they are not.
