Strengths

• ✓
Open statusYour listing shows the business as trading, so customers see accurate availability and Google treats the listing as live.
• ✓
ClaimedYour listing is claimed, so you control what it says, you can reply to reviews, and edits suggested by the public come to you first.
• ✓
NameYour business name is showing on the listing, so a customer searching for you by name finds you, and everything else on the listing hangs off it.

Top two opportunities

• 1
Description lengthYour description gives a reader less than half the listings here do, so someone reading yours and then a competitor's gets less to go on from you. What if I sorted this?
• 2
Category fitYour categories cover less of this market than nearly every competitor, so someone searching for a job you actually do is shown a list your listing was never entered into. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

• ✓
Review confidenceRating and volume together put you at the head of this market: well rated, with enough reviews behind it that a customer takes the number seriously.
• ✓
Review countYou hold one of the deepest review banks in this market - social proof that does its own selling.

Top two opportunities

• 1
Star ratingYour rating is higher than most of this market, and it is the first thing a customer reads about you. What if I sorted this?
• 2
Response rateYou answer nearly all your reviews, which is more than almost anyone in this market, and a customer reading the page sees a two-sided conversation rather than a scoreboard. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

Top two opportunities

• 1
Maps visibility across the city groupYou appear in a handful of Maps searches across the suburbs around you, far fewer than most businesses here. What if I sorted this?
• 2
Maps visibility in your own suburbYou show up in local Maps searches, but below most businesses in your suburb, so a customer looking from a nearby street is shown someone else first. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

• ✓
Having a Facebook page at allWe found your Facebook Profile page, and the trail is strong enough that nobody would question it is yours - it is linked from something you own, or it dominates a search for your name.
• ✓
Instagram ProfileWe found your Instagram Profile page, and the trail between you and it is unambiguous - it is linked from something you own, or it dominates a search for your name.
• ✓
Tiktok ProfileWe found your Tiktok Profile page, and the trail between you and it is unambiguous - it is linked from something you own, or it dominates a search for your name.

Top three opportunities

• 1
Yellow ProfileWe could not find an active Yellow Profile listing for your business, which means anyone checking you there finds nothing and moves on to whoever is listed. What if I sorted this?
• 2
Neighbourly ProfileWe could not find an active Neighbourly Profile listing for your business, which means anyone checking you there finds nothing and moves on to whoever is listed. What if I sorted this?
• 3
LinkedIn CompanyWe can see the LinkedIn Company listing (https://linkedin.com/company/the-cosmetic-clinic-new-zealand) found via: Google search results, but nothing on it tells us it is yours - no matching phone number, no matching address, and the name does not line up.What if I sorted this?

Strengths

• ✓
People following your pageYours is one of the largest local followings in this market.
• ✓
Where your page link pointsThe link on your page goes to a domain that is yours, so a visitor who came for the photos leaves on your terms and the enquiry lands in your inbox rather than someone else's.
• ✓
A page address you choseThe address on your page carries your business name, so a customer told about you at a barbecue can find the page by typing what they heard.

Top three opportunities

• 1
A phone numberNo phone number is published on your Facebook page, so someone who found you there and wants to ring has to go hunting elsewhere or send a message and wait. What if I sorted this?
• 2
A street addressYour page publishes no street address, so someone deciding whether you are near enough to bother with has nothing to check and moves on to a page that tells them. What if I sorted this?
• 3
What your page says about youYour intro is shorter than half the pages here. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

• ✓
The shape of your link profileYour links come from about as wide a range of sites as anything in this market, and the mix of link types looks entirely natural.
• ✓
Meta descriptionYour search summary sits in the length that reads in full on most screens, which is as far as length alone can take it - a narrow phone still cuts the tail off a line this size.
• ✓
FaviconThe tab your site opens in carries your own icon, so a customer with a dozen tabs going can find their way back to you by sight.

Top three opportunities

• 1
On-page scoreSeveral checks on your home page fail at once, and a visitor meets all of them in the first few seconds: a slow open, no clear heading, nothing under your name in search that says what you do.What if I sorted this?
• 2
Page titleYour home page headline does not fit the space a search result gives it, so a searcher sees either a half-empty line or one that trails off before your name arrives. What if I sorted this?
• 3
Domain HealthYour site answers, but something did not check out - an insecure link, a redirect chain, a domain shared with other businesses, or a listing pointing at a social page. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

• ✓
Monthly search visitsYour site draws more visitors from search than almost any business in this market - a stream of enquiries arriving at no cost per visit.
• ✓
Search terms you rank forYour site appears for more search terms than almost any business in this market, so there are more ways to find you than to find anyone else here.

Top three opportunities
