Strengths

• ✓
Open statusYour listing shows the business as trading, so customers see accurate availability and Google treats the listing as live.
• ✓
ClaimedYour listing is claimed, so you control what it says, you can reply to reviews, and edits suggested by the public come to you first.
• ✓
NameYour business name is showing on the listing, so a customer searching for you by name finds you, and everything else on the listing hangs off it.

Top three opportunities

• 1
Description lengthThere is no real description on your listing, so when someone finds you on Google there is nothing in your own words telling them what you do.What if I sorted this?
• 2
Category fitYour categories cover less of this market than nearly every competitor, so someone searching for a job you actually do is shown a list your listing was never entered into. What if I sorted this?
• 3
Photos on the listingYou carry more photos than most of this market, which gives a customer a real look at the work before they ring. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

• ✓
Review confidenceRating and volume together put you at the head of this market: well rated, with enough reviews behind it that a customer takes the number seriously.
• ✓
Review countYou hold one of the deepest review banks in this market - social proof that does its own selling.

Top two opportunities

• 1
Response rateYou reply to some of your reviews but not most, so a customer scrolling your page finds long stretches where nobody answered. What if I sorted this?
• 2
Star ratingYour rating sits ahead of half the businesses here, so the number is not pushing anyone away. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

Top two opportunities

• 1
Maps visibility across the city groupYou appear in a handful of Maps searches across the suburbs around you, far fewer than most businesses here. What if I sorted this?
• 2
Maps visibility in your own suburbYou show up in local Maps searches, but below most businesses in your suburb, so a customer looking from a nearby street is shown someone else first. What if I sorted this?

Strengths

• ✓
Having a Facebook page at allWe found your Facebook Profile page, and the trail is strong enough that nobody would question it is yours - it is linked from something you own, or it dominates a search for your name.
• ✓
Instagram ProfileWe found your Instagram Profile page, and the trail between you and it is unambiguous - it is linked from something you own, or it dominates a search for your name.
• ✓
Fresha ProfileWe can see your Fresha Profile listing (https://fresha.com/the-dog-box-barber-shop-high-street-christchurch-bxZr16) found via: Google search results.

• 1
Tiktok ProfileWe could not find an active TikTok account for your business, so anyone who looks for you there finds nothing. What if I sorted this?

• 3

Where your page link pointsThe link on your page goes to a domain that is yours, so a visitor who came for the photos leaves on your terms and the enquiry lands in your inbox rather than someone else's.
• ✓
A page address you choseThe address on your page carries your business name, so a customer told about you at a barbecue can find the page by typing what they heard.
• ✓
A phone numberA phone number shows on your page, so the person who found you on Facebook before they found your website can ring straight from it.

Top three opportunities

• 1
People following your pageYour following sits ahead of half the pages here, so an ordinary post reaches a real local audience without you paying for it.What if I sorted this?
• 2
An email addressA customer who would rather put a request in writing at ten at night has only Messenger to work with, because the page carries no email address. What if I sorted this?
• 3
A cover photoThe banner across the top of your page is blank, which is the first thing a visitor meets and the quickest way for a working business to look half set up.What if I sorted this?

Strengths

• ✓
FaviconThe tab your site opens in carries your own icon, so a customer with a dozen tabs going can find their way back to you by sight.
• ✓
Page file sizeYour home page is light enough to open quickly on a phone with a weak signal, which is where most people meet a local business for the first time.
• ✓
Secure content linksThe links on your site point at secure versions of your pages, so nobody is sent through an unnecessary redirect on the way in.

Top three opportunities

• 1
Meta descriptionYour pages carry no summary line of your own, so the two lines under your name in search results are whatever Google decides best fits the search. What if I sorted this?
• 2
On-page scoreSeveral checks on your home page fail at once, and a visitor meets all of them in the first few seconds: a slow open, no clear heading, nothing under your name in search that says what you do.What if I sorted this?
• 3
Separate sites linking to youFewer separate websites link to you than half the businesses here, which means when someone searches for what you do, the businesses with a longer list of vouchers are the ones on the page they actually read. What if I sorted this?
